Tiered access
Not every document should be visible to every member of staff. Budget data, HR records and SEND registers are sensitive — Marvin lets you control who can access and query each one.
Set documents as visible to all staff, SLT only, or a specific team. Staff only ever see what they're supposed to.
Marvin knows whether you're a classroom teacher, a SENCO, or a member of SLT. Searches only ever return results from documents you're permitted to see.
Sensitive pupil and staff data is never exposed to people who shouldn't see it — and is pseudonymised before it ever reaches the AI.
